London, England

I have a soft spot for London since I did my study abroad there and I got my first job out of college here. If you asked me right now where I see myself living besides NYC it would be London. I love the diversity of London, there are people from all over the world, amazing food, great shopping, pretty architecture, and your an hour flight from a European getaway. Plus everyone speaks English so that makes life easy for me. London is one of the most charming cities in the winter when the festival is going on. I love that you can walk to most places. There is so much to do in this city it’s hard to say what my favorite thing is. You have to see Buckingham palace, shop around oxford circus, go see a play, eat everywhere you can, go on the London Eye, check out borough market or I have a very extensive list of food/ attractions/ nightlife and things to do in London- so if ever needed feel free to ask!

Hvar, Croatia

Hvar has a very special place in my heart for a few reasons. Croatia had been on the top of my bucket lists for a while. I had finally planned the trip of my dreams including London-Copenhagen-Mykonos-Hvar and Split the summer I graduated from college in 2016. However, life happened and I got a job the week I landed in London and I couldn’t make it to Croatia with all of my friends. Needles to say I was devastated all 5 of my friends were in Hvar, Croatia while I was working in London. I heard nothing but amazing things from my friends saying it was one of their favorite places in the world, naturally the fomo was killing me so fast forward a year and I find myself there. Croatia did not disappoint. I got an airbnb for one night in Split and then took the ferry the next day to Hvar.

Hvar is one of the most amazing places I have ever been. We stayed at Hotel Podstine which was beyond perfect for us. It was a little bit out of the city center, about a 20 minute walk along the water which is gorgeous. The water is crystal clear and everyone is so nice there. The food was so great we ate at all of the top restaurants our friends suggested. We rented four wheelers and drove around the island going on a wine tour which is a must. Also highly suggest getting a boat for the day to go around the islands- this had to be one of the best days we had there.

Food: Giaxa, Divino, Zori, Black Pepper

Nightlife: Carpe Diem, Hula Hula, Kiva bar

Things to do: Rent a boat, 4-wheeler, wine tour

Paris, France

Paris is everything you imagine it would be. It's romantic, it makes you want to sip a cappuccino and smoke a cigarette and sit outside at a cafe and people watch all day. I first came to Paris the summer of 2010 and fell in love then. Since then I've been back on numerous occasions. Everytime I go I am in awe of how beautiful it truly is, the architecture and museums are unlike anything. Paris isn't a place I would recommend to go if you are looking for a crazy nightlife or party. Go to eat drink and sight see.
