Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients: 4 Servings

1 ib shrimp 

1 tbs garlic, parsley & salt

4 tbsp olive oil 

1 tbs red pepper flakes

Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté one minute. Increase heat to high. Add shrimp. Cook, stirring briskly, for 4-5 minutes just until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Transfer to a plate, add salt and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Good hot and cold for the next 2-3 days as leftovers.
