Keto Pancakes

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

2 Oz Cream Cheese 

2 eggs

1 packet of stevia

1 Tsp of cinnamon

Mix together all ingredients in a blender. Heat skillet, spray with coconut oil and pour about 1/4 mix onto pan. Cook for about 2-4 minutes depending how cooked you like your pancakes! Enjoy:)
