The Ritz Carlton, Herzliya

The Ritz Carlton, Herzliya

The Ritz Carlton, Herzliya is the perfect for location for a getaway when visiting Israel. Just a 25 minute drive north of Tel Aviv, we drove up here after a hectic few days in Tel Aviv to unwind and relax. The Ritz Carlton was the perfect place to do this. With stunning views of the marina and an incredible restaurant- Herbert Samuel. We couldn’t have thought of a better way to end my birthday trip in Israel.

Not only are the hotel grounds at the Ritz Carlton, Herzliya stunning- but their service is incredible. When we arrived to our duplex suite I was surprised with the most stunning balloon display I have ever seen. I truly felt like a princess! If you ever have any occasion to celebrate-I highly recommend doing it here.

We had a 2 floor duplex with stunning views of the marina and one of the biggest balconies I have ever seen. We could have easily had a party of 10 over to celebrate! The downstairs has an entire living area equipped with a full kitchen. Upstairs was the bedroom and bathroom, which also had gorgeous views of the marina.

After enjoying the amazing treats they left for us (a bottle of champagne and unreal baked goods) we headed to the pool to relax before dinner. And yes, it is warm enough to swim in November they because they have a heated pool. Not only is the pool great, but there is a full bar and beautiful views of the sunset on the marina.

For dinner, we ate at the restaurant there- Herbert Samuel. I have to say, this was one of our favorite meals of the trip. Every single thing we had was incredible, and the wine list was on point. I usually don’t like eggplant or tomatoes, but their eggplant start and tomato salad was amazing ( you know it’s a good spot if they can make you like something you typically hate). I had the fish as a main, it came whole and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend eating here!

Their breakfast buffet is also one of the best I have ever had. It feels unfair to even call it a buffet because it’s so much better than that. With fresh salmon, hummus, salads, traditional Israeli baked good and a custom omelet bar- it was the perfect last meal before leaving Israel.

I can’t recommend the Ritz Carlton, Herzliya enough. If you ever need to rewind, relax and enjoy a beautiful hotel with stunning views, a great restaurant and unreal customer service then you must come here. The whole staff there is incredibly friendly, especially Yarden, who helped make our stay as special as it was.
